1. How Do I Place an Order?
You can place your order online or by calling us directly at 305-456-0505, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (ET).
If ordering by phone, please have the following information ready:
- VIN number
- Transmission type
- Part number
2. How Long Does Shipping Take After I Place My Order?
Once we receive your order and confirm clear payment, processing begins immediately. We typically ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET are usually shipped the same day.
3. Can I Get a Refund if the Computer Doesn’t Work or I Don’t Need It?
Yes. You may return the computer within 30 days of receiving it, under the following conditions:
- The computer must be in original condition.
- Once returned, we will test and evaluate the unit. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–4 business days.
- Shipping and programming charges may apply.
- If the return is due to change of mind, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
- No returns are accepted after 30 days.
- We are not responsible for incorrect diagnostics.

- The reason for return
- Your invoice number
4. What Happens if I Don’t Return My Old Computer (Core)?
A core return is required for the refund we offer. If the core is not returned, you will not receive the core refund.
If you have a specific situation regarding your core, please contact us before placing your order.
5. Does My Computer Purchase Include a Warranty?
Yes. All computers include a one-year free warranty, as long as the old core is returned.
Please note:
- The warranty is non-transferable.
- It will be void if the unit has water, oil, or physical damage, or if it has been tuned or modified.
6. How Do I Get My Tracking Number?
The tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
If you did not provide an email, please contact us and we’ll gladly assist you.
7. Do I Need Additional Programming After I Receive the Computer?
No additional programming is required.
All computers are Plug-and-Drive—simply install and you're good to go.
8. How Does the Repair & Return Service Work?
Our Repair & Return service is a convenient way to have your unit repaired by our technicians.
- Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps.
- After we receive your part, the typical turnaround time is 1–3 business days.
- Expedited return shipping is available upon request.
