At Automobile Computer Solutions, we proudly offer free diagnostic evaluations to all our clients. Our highly trained specialists perform in-depth testing to deliver the most accurate and reliable diagnosis possible — at no cost to you.

Already received a diagnosis elsewhere? We will verify it free of charge, giving you a second opinion you can trust.

🔧 How Does It Work?

Step 1 – Contact Us
Reach out to us at sales@autocomputerusa.com or fill out our online contact form. Please include your full name, phone number, and shipping address.

Step 2 – Send Your Module
Ship your ECM/PCM to us using the carrier of your choice. Customers are responsible for shipping and return costs.

Step 3 – We Diagnose
Once we receive your module, our team will inspect, test, and provide a complete diagnostic report — free of charge.

Note: If no issues are found with your ECM/PCM, we’ll simply send it back to you and only charge for return shipping, which typically ranges between $20 and $28, depending on your location and carrier.

If the diagnostic confirms an issue and you’d like to proceed with repairs, just let us know — we’ll guide you through the next steps and provide a clear repair plan tailored to your unit.
