IMPORTANT INSTALLATION INFORMATION

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

The electronic VGT actuator may require proper calibration/programming during installation. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the actuator should not be assumed to arrive pre-calibrated to the turbocharger.

Before installation, the cause of the original turbocharger failure should be diagnosed and corrected.

The installer should inspect the:

• Turbo oil supply and drain

• Engine oil and filter

• Intake system

• Charge-air system

• Exhaust system

• Related sensors, wiring and connectors

Failure to correct an existing lubrication, contamination, engine, electrical or installation problem may result in premature turbocharger failure.

KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL TURBO / CORE

Do not discard your original turbocharger after installation.

The original turbo/core must be retained and may be required for inspection when making a claim under our seller-provided warranty.

Warranty claims may require:

• Original turbo/core

• Replacement turbo and/or actuator for inspection

• Order information

• Vehicle year, make and model

• Vehicle mileage

• Diagnostic trouble codes

• Photos or video of the reported issue

• Installation documentation

• Proof of professional installation when applicable

Failure to provide requested parts or documentation may affect warranty eligibility, subject to applicable marketplace policies and law.
