How It Works

1. Complete your online sales order.

2. Carefully remove your complete radio unit from your vehicle.

3. Securely package your radio using bubble wrap.

4. Ship your radio to our repair facility with a printed copy of your sales order.

5. Our technicians will diagnose the issue and determine the necessary repairs.

6. Once the repair is completed, your radio will be tested and shipped back to you.

Diagnostic Fee & Warranty

A $150 diagnostic fee applies to the inspection and evaluation of your radio. Any additional repair costs will be communicated before repairs are performed.

All completed repairs include a 1-year warranty covering the work performed.
