2015–2020 Cadillac Escalade CUE Touchscreen Mail-In Repair Service
THIS IS A REPAIR SERVICE. You must send us your original CUE display assembly.
We repair touchscreen problems including ghost touches, cracking, bubbling, delamination, dead spots, and an unresponsive screen.
Black screen or no picture: A touchscreen replacement may not fix this. The separate HMI module is often the cause, but we must diagnose the unit to confirm. Please message us before ordering if your screen has no picture.
$150 diagnostic fee: If we inspect your unit and find that it needs a different repair or cannot be repaired, we will contact you before doing any additional work. We will refund your repair payment minus the $150 diagnostic fee. Your original unit will be returned to you.
After ordering, securely ship us your original display assembly with your order number and a note describing the problem. We will inspect it, complete the covered repair if possible, test it, and return your original unit.
