ACS offers a replacement ABS/VSA Pump Control Module for select 2012–2015 Honda Pilot vehicles equipped with the compatible SZAA1 module.

This unit is intended to replace a defective ABS/VSA control module and help restore proper operation of the Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) and Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA) system when the original module has been properly diagnosed as faulty.

METHOD 2 – VERIFY THROUGH A HONDA DEALERSHIP

Contact your local Honda dealership's Parts Department and request the OEM replacement part number using your vehicle's VIN.

If your part number does not match, please contact ACS before ordering. We may have the correct module available.

IMPORTANT INSTALLATION WARNING

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLATION.

The ABS/VSA control module connects to the hydraulic pump through two metal electrical contact prongs.

During removal, these contacts may remain attached to the electronic module rather than the hydraulic pump.

THE TWO CONTACT PRONGS MUST BE PROPERLY INSTALLED ON THE HYDRAULIC PUMP SIDE BEFORE RECONNECTING THE ABS MODULE.

Failure to position these contacts correctly may cause them to bend or touch each other, creating an electrical short circuit that can permanently damage the replacement module.

Damage caused by improper installation, bent contacts or electrical shorts is not covered under the ACS warranty.

ACS strongly recommends installation by a qualified automotive technician experienced with Honda ABS/VSA systems.

CORE RETURN POLICY

CORE RETURN IS REQUIRED TO ACTIVATE YOUR 1-YEAR WARRANTY.

This listing is for an exchange ABS control module. Your original defective module must be returned to ACS.

Core Return Requirements:

• Your returned core must match the required part number and vehicle application.

• The core must be complete, with no missing components.

• Modules with water, fire or significant physical damage are not acceptable.

• If the core has been previously opened, modified or repaired, please contact ACS before purchasing.

• Return your original core within 30 days of purchase.

• The customer is responsible for return-core shipping.

• ACS covers qualifying outbound shipping within the United States via USPS Priority Mail.

IMPORTANT: Previously attempted repairs may damage internal circuitry and make a module unsuitable for rebuilding or exchange. Contact ACS before purchasing if your original unit has been opened or repaired.

ACS 1-YEAR WARRANTY

Your replacement ABS/VSA control module will be covered by our 1-year warranty once the required core has been returned and accepted.

Warranty exclusions include:

• Physical damage or misuse

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
